Implantation foods

so in all the blogs, instagammers and googling I read these three ingredients are a must:

Pineapple (including core) transfer day onwards for 6 days

POM juice (100% pure pomegranate juice) keep drinking this until you hear the heart beat ❤️

5 Brazil nuts a day again you can eat these throughout your pregnancy

On top of that I switched my supplements from conception supplements to pregnancy supplements, after all I did have a fertilised embryo in me 😍

Didn’t do any of this previously so praying it just helps!
